Why are these morons in congress?

Never mind.

It looks like the Citizen’s would know by now; America is at the whim of the moronic, the uneducated, the illiterate, the seditious, and outright treasonous representatives.

As an elected Representative Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) should know that what she is proposing circumvents the Constitution. Did she break the law with the assertion she never intends to ‘vote’ on a bill within Congress, but rather craft Executive Orders? Does she even know Executive Orders originate from the president; Congress has nothing to do with them.

The fact is, anyone can write in a suggestion for an Executive Order and send it to the president, that’s exactly what thousands of leftists and other special interest groups are currently doing.

The “Congressional Full Employment Caucus” should be doing their job of legislating in the House of Representatives. Instead…

Rep. Jackson Lee: ‘We’ll Give President Obama a Number of Executive Orders’

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) [Texas’s 18th congressional district] says that the newly launched Congressional Full Employment Caucus will “give President Obama a number of executive orders that he can sign.”

Jackson Lee made the statement while gathered with Democrats on January 29th to announce the establishment of the Full Employment Caucus.

“We will be answering the call of all of America because people need work and we’re not doing right by them by creating work,” Jackson Lee said. “I believe this caucus will put us on the right path and we’ll give President Obama a number of executive orders that he can sign with pride and strength.”

“In fact, I think that should be our number one agenda. Let’s write up these executive orders, draft them of course – and ask the president to stand with us on full employment.”

The Congressional Full Employment Caucus was launched last week by Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.). Conyers website says: “The Congressional Full Employment Caucus will serve as a platform and working group for Members dedicated to identifying solutions to our current unemployment crisis and advocating for legislative action.”

Executive orders issued by a president have the full force of law and do not have to receive approval by the legislative branch of government. During his State of The Union address last week, President Obama made clear he was willing to use executive actions to sidestep Congress.

In addition to Conyers and Lee, members of the caucus include; Frederica Wilson (D-Fla.), Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.), Maxine Waters (D-Calif.), Barbara Lee (D-Calif.), Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas), José Serrano (D-N.Y.), and Mike Quigley (D-Ill.).

Considering the source of the membership…

Out of curiosity what kind of committee are the American people going to see next, a Completely Insane Clown Caucus? Nope, obviously that’s already being done.

Does Jackson Lee even understand the limitations of an Executive Order, let alone where our spacecraft landed in 1969?

“Can we see the Kenyan flag on Uranus?”

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee has proven to be a polarizing and divisive figure amongst her constituents with her flamboyant hubris and personality and a penchant for getting in front of any and all cameras to prove her ineptitude. Following are some of the notable things she has said over her years as a representative of the government and a few other people in her district. Maybe that “D” really stands for something else entirely.

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) is making headlines around the nation again, this time for her comments on welfare. She is now suggesting “welfare” should be called a “transitional living fund.”???

In the wake of the oncoming sequester in early 2013, Lee demanded GOP leaders who saw President Barack Obama as being divisive to “take the cotton out of their ears.” ???

“I’m a queen and demand to be treated like one,” a former staffer recalled Lee saying. It was never officially recorded, but ex-aides to Lee went to the Daily Caller to complain about her being the ‘worst boss’ in the Capitol, (although none had yet worked for Mrs. Obama)

In response to a NRA ad that featured President Obama’s two daughters, Lee said the NRA was “reckless and irresponsible” and may have “jeopardized the security of the first family.” ???

In response to school safety, Lee says they should be fortresses but not armed. “We should be looking at bullet-proof glass for schools … We are sophisticated enough to build schools with that kind of technology.”  (Like prisons?)

Conservatives quickly jumped on Lee after she said this on the house floor: “And let’s think about moving into 2013, how we make this economy better by looking carefully at how we reform entitlements that are not handouts but they are earned.” ???

At the opening of the Church of Scientology’s national office, Lee said: “I want to thank L. Ron Hubbard for recognizing that courage is not rewarded but it is valued. And to be able to have the wonderment of people coming together and ensuring that people come together for peace.” ???

Lee called for “zero tolerance” regarding the agents involved in the Secret Service prostitution scandal in 2012.“For the Secret Service to move forward, the cancer must be carved out.” (Like the Special appointees and members of Congress?)

Soon after Trayvon Martin’s death, Lee questioned George Zimmerman’s actions:“Did he lose his life because of the color of his skin? … Did he become a threat because he had a dark skin? That is the question that has to be answered for Mr. Zimmerman and for the Department of Justice. ???

”In response to allegations that there may have been fraud in the 2008 presidential elections, Lee brought race into play (again) when she said the allegations probably started “maybe because we elected the first African American president.” ???

In what is considered a big faux-paus on the House floor, Lee gave the University of Houston some props: “We’re excited about Cougars. We’re Cougar Red.” ???

“To all the bloggers, shut up and stop playing racial politics,” Lee said on the PBS talk show program hosted by Tavis Smiley. (Like the Black Caucus and the NAACP?)

“This is not an idea of anyone over another person. Republican and Democratic Senators have already voted for this clean bill that we could vote on today. We have martial law. What that means – and my colleagues know what it means – is that you can put a bill on in just minutes,” Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Houston. ???

Yet this is but a small sample, and the world supposedly wonders about the level of the American government’s ineptitude? Still, there are more important things to provide the American people they represent, like Spending $464,272 to Find Out Why Gay Men Get Syphilis in Peru, and creating “Threat Lists” Naming Millions  of Americans Who Will Be Detained When Martial Law Is Imposed.

Unfortunately, it disconnect runs rampant.
